Excellent care! My 11-month was sent there Saturday from Williamson Medical. The ambulance driver/nurses, ER staff, and the nurses on the 7th floor are top notch. We had the best experience during some of the worst moments of our life. They took superb care of our son, answered any and every question we had, and kept us calm. We were discharged yesterday, and one of the nurses called today to check on him. Took excellent care of my granddaughter
My son Trey has been here in the PICU on the 5th floor since Thursday evening. From the time we arrived via ambulance, we have been treated like a priority. We are most definitely not the only patients in this hospital and we are not the worst case here, but all of our care teams have treated us as so. Special thank you to all of our nurses so far. Especially Jamie and Julie. You are true angels. Thank you for loving my baby. 10/10 recommend.
Wonderful team, they saved my daughter's life. I will always hold a special place in my heart for the Vandy team.
I am so thankful for this facility and each and every person that helps to keep it going from the janitors up to the CEO. We first started coming to Vanderbilt in July of 2018 from Alabama, where we met the Liver Team and immediately felt like this is where my daughter belonged. We have been at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital since Sunday afternoon. Nursing staff on 7th floor was superb! Dr Shipla Reddy, pediatric neuro is amazing. Bedside manner for dealing with not only my child but others was the BEST. Nurses Cathy, Danielle, Alexia, Amber, and Micayla, were top notch!
You're so lucky you didn't have Facebook when my daughter died or I'd of had to spill the beans on your lies. It's a shame Middle Tn. is STUCK with this monopoly, as there's no other choices but to move where they really care & help the children. I pray you've changed for the better and my daughter's death was not in vain.
My daughter see the cardiologist from this hospital and she and the nurses have been amazing. So friendly and sweet.
