I bring my daughter here every 6 months for her zolendronic acid infusion for her bones. We were referred by Shriners hospital St. Louis for closer to Kentucky for her medicine. She has Osteogenesis Imperfecta 3/4. The infusion nurses staff are very nice and accommodating. Also, Dr. Jill Simmons, the endocrinologist here is a very good doctor w/ her kids patient. We come here only for her infusion & once a year to see Dr. Simmons to check her out & see results from Shriners to make sure if she needs to adjust the dosage or i... read more
My son has been here on many occasions. He had his spine surgery to help him walk! It worked and has helped him tremendously. I’m so thankful to the hospital for giving entertainment and loving care by all the staff and medical teams. Would recommend 1000 times over!
I cannot sing enough praises about this hospital....never in my life have I encountered such a team of professional and genuinely nice people!! Every doctor and nurse we have experienced is just amazing! So happy to help and answer any questions at any time. And Dr Brett Mettler and his team are nothing short of miracle workers! Absolutely the best experience! My daughter had to have a PDA closure and each and every person that was a part of staff we came in contact with was so caring and professional! There's not enough good things to say about this hospital. ❤️
My grandson had a heart Cath done to repair a hole in his heart, thanks to Dr Nicholson , he found a second hole while in there and repaired it also! Our experience here has been awesome! Many heartfelt thanks to all the Doctors, nurses and well everyone we were in contact with! You guys are the bomb!! A beautiful facility!! Sincerely, Ms. Hope Barrett.
My daughter has spent a lot of time at Vanderbilt Children’s hospital and clinics in her short 6 years of life. But she’s been taken care of each visit and our experiences have been wonderful. Thank you for the awesome care!
