Sam dropped a leaking chimney that was no longer being used on our cottage. We asked for a quote and Sam came to inspect within a day or two. We were happy with the price and asked them to proceed. From start to finish Monmouthshire Roofing and Guttering have been professional polite and they have done an amazing job with excellent craftsmanship. I will absolutely use them again should I need their services.

Excellent service. Work completed as planned, very professional service. Roof hip tiles removed and refitted. Would recommend and will use again for any future roofing work .

Excellent service, the contact & communication from start to finish was superb - so refreshing when so many contractors don’t return calls or arrive when they say they will. I received a full written quotation on the same day & as soon as I confirmed to proceed I was promptly offered a date & time for the work to be carried out. The work was completed & although an extra tile was needed I was kept informed & the tile was bought & fixed on the same day as the other work. Had a repair to a pitched roof, some replacement soffits, fascias and dry verge, and a replacement flat roof from Sam. All work to a high standard, good communication. Would be happy to use again.
