Was on hold for over 1 hour to speak to someone I was 12 in the queue and when I got to number 1 in the queue they hung up on me I called back straight away and guess what I was 19 in the queue and was on hold for a further 1hr 40min and shockingly I didn't get through again they hung up on me, absolutely shocking I understand there under alot of pressure but hanging up is down right rude
I just bought fries with sausage there, I don't recommend it, they are greasy and old. They served me yesterday's fries and yesterday's sausage from under the counter. And there were fresh ones on display. And they didn't give these. Ha, I give zero stars
Always pleasant staff, very efficient and attentive.
The service is so so terrible that for just one simple blood test they called me almost 3 to 4 times because every time eother they perfom wron test or they say that doctor forgot to mention this additional test last time.. it's been almost 9 months to get a simple diagnostic done.
