So I called this morning to save appointment,because I feel pain in my leg and it's also swollen, the lady on the phone was absolutely rude, she refused to listen to me , explain me how this is not emergency?!!! So my pain and I can seet on my feet is not emergency and when I try explain to her ,in same time she answered that she is not a doctor,but she can tell me is emergency or not!!!!!!!

Dear Monkfield Medical Practice... Big thank you especially to the staff on reception.. It's not easy dealing with patients and we often don't realise how difficult it can be. I came on today given you orchid

I have been trying to get a hold of test results since December 2024. I wish I was exaggerating. The actions of the reception staff are nothing short of disgraceful. Their negligent behaviour is putting patients at risk. No one seems to be accountable for the receptionists giving you the run around. I have full sympathy for overworked staff, but this is a case of zero communication between reception staff and a refusal to help. Treatment and Drs were perfectly fine.
