Absolutely amazing company advertised and sold my house within a week of it being up. I had no clue what I was doing and they helped me every step of the way right at the end cannot fault or thank them enough.
Shocking customer services. Had a new roof on one of their managed sites and the rubbish was all dumped on my land and now they fail to respond or remove the waste... Absolutely unbelievable
This is the most useless agency and I dont know why good people like Craig and Victoria work there. They made me stranded on the street.... Don't rent from this agency they ask and keep calling you that they have room for you and they ask many documents to give it to them and they keep you waiting weeks after you pay them deposit money and after all this you get nothing no room and no deposit money and you want your money back they said you not get it back so stay away from this agency they are very very bad
I just want to thank Craig, Vicky, James and Travis from Derby Monkey v Owl. Last August I was becoming homeless and had tried other agencies who wouldnt help with me being partly on benefits but I went here and firstly met Craig, he sat with me and chatted and listened with me for ages, he genuinely wanted to help me and he told me that even with my earnings being topped up with benefits they would help me.
