Awful service from Monika! We had scheduled a domestic clean for our place on Monday 8am as Monika had another job scheduled for later in the day. With the Monday morning traffic we were running slightly behind schedule and texted Monika in good time that we would be 10-15 minutes late. Once we got closer to our place, I called to double check that Monika was still waiting to which I was told that she decided to skip our job and move onto the next.
