Had the misfortune to deal with a very rude receptionist on Thursdsy 6th March. I asked if I could speak to someone as was 1 week post surgery and hadn't yet had a bowel movement despite having used medicines given by the hospital. She asked if I had been to the pharmacist i told her I hadn't been able to go out yet so no. She said there were no calls left unless it was an emergency. One receptionist in particular is awful. She is very rude, obnoxious, talks over you and even tuts and huffs! She makes you feel you have no right in calling to speak to a Doctor, and can’t wait to tell you they are running low on appointments. I have complained about this particular so called receptionist before and won’t hesitate to do so again and again. She should be taken off the morning calls and put in the background where she has no patient contact.
