Stayed here for 7 days and would not return or recommend mainly because customer service was zero, everyone at the front desk was rude, and acted like it was a hassle to talk to you, complaint resolution was zero, there was no vibe at all. Room service ridiculously expensive. Would have rated it a 0 except it is aesthetically beautiful and rooms were spacious.
