Perfect from start to finish
excellent
Pros: beautiful hotel, great location, nice atmosphere, chic rooms. We were in LA for a convention and had an amenity waiting for us in our room. Cons: (very minor) blow dryer didn't work and plumbing issues on our first day. The staff was great and they fixed the problems immediately. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
