Hotel Staff was awesome! The night staff gave us tips on the best places to go and recommendations. Super friendly and accommodating to every need we had. They made our vacation 5 stars. From the excellent drinks at Skybar to the delicious dinner at the Ivory, we had a great time. Steps from all the cool bars and restaurants in WeHo, but to be honest the hotel IS the place to be seen.
I was treated extremely poorly by the staff. In one night they refused to park my car and then moments later gave me the runaround at the restaurant when I tried to sit down for dinner. The service at this hotel has declined exponentially. I recommend the London. Don't make the mistake of dealing with this amateur and unprofessional staff. The saving grace was our wonderful waitress.
It was a great position to stay in but it desperately needs an overhaul. Very tacky in places ESP breakfast area. Pool was closed as well as bar and restaurant due to party on for whole day and night which was not Fair to us guests. Bathrooms minute but good beds. Wouldn't stay there again
Stayed here for 7 days in first week of March and in room 1022. Awesome staff and the room was magnificent. First time in LA and will definitely book the Mondrian on my next visit! Keep it up!
The valet scratched my rental car and I caught it straight away. It was clear who was to blame. However when I left the country, the hotel denied all responsibility leaving me out of pocket USD $500. This was six months ago, and in that time they've let emails and calls go unanswered, refusing to give me any explanation or even an apology. I would absolutely never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Loved everything about my stay, hotel exceeded all expectations! The pool area/ Skybar is BEAUTIFUL :) Staff was very friendly and helped make my birthday extra special. Cannot wait to stay again!!
