If you want a car sales experience out of a David Mamet play go to Momentum Chrysler Dodge blah blah. Initially a great experience and a great test drive, once my wife and I were in the showroom, we were walked through a parade of different salespeople - Alex 1.0, Alex 2.0, (M)alicks and more. The dealership has sent out a limited amount of scratch and win flyers that were set to start December 26-31st. You have the chance to win 1 of 5 prizes with your scratch off. I will NEVER do business with you AGAIN. I bought a 2012 Jeep Liberty from you in 2013. At that time I purchased the warranty up to 100k. At 98k my transmission was acting up Veronica the service manager told me it would probably need a new transmission from what she could tell from driving it. They did a diagnostic test on it and still wasn't actually sure what it was, then they said it was the pump and another part of the transmission. They did that work it took over a week to get done.
