We purchased a brand new vehicle on July 21st. I purchased it as an out of state purchase as we are located in Utah. The dealership was what you would expect at first, they wanted our business and would do whatever necessary to get us committed. 2700.00 and 3 weeks to fix a sensor!!! A SENSOR!!!!! Then as soon as the car leaves the lot the same sensor light comes back on! The car gets returned only to be told it would be an additional 500.00 thats only after a discount! The BAR is getting a full report!!
Stop False Advertising - This company clearly has no integrity! Beware North Bay!
Avoid Randy at all cost. Went to this dealership to get a truck, turns out him and his manager, who he would not provide a name to, lies about the prices, tells me that I don't know what I'm talking about even when I showed him their own website's deal. Everyone there is shady, incompetent, ignorant and will intentionally misrepresent any facts just to get you to the dealership. As others have stated, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. I dropped off my vehicle for a recall service on a Monday morning. I was told it would be ready between 2:00-3:00. 3:00 came and went with no phone call or update. I called and was transferred to the service advisor. Of course, he didn't answer. I left a message. 5:00 comes around so I call again, knowing the service department closes at 6:00. Once again, no answer. So I leave another message. I have called more than 3 times within the 2 weeks to get a recall fixed. I have left messages and no one has called me back. How am I supposed to get this urgent recall fixed when no one can even call me to let me know what is going on!!
