The Worst. Momentum as a whole is incapable of providing any type of proper customer service. Please, for the love of all that is good go somewhere else. Normal story of how the dealership doesn’t care after you sign your paperwork. This dealership can’t keep track of it’s paperwork and lets “hold checks” get deposited after everything is paid up. I traded in a car for a truck dodge ram and they had to pay off my car loan and it's been almost 1 month haven't paid off they want to send me to collection because of them ! I also bought a paint correction and a stain protection and they haven't put it on ! They said they will call me and haven't!! Haven't got my papers to my new loan either I don't recommend this dealer all they want is there money and once they have it they won't call you back all they do is promises ! Today's date 9/30/2017

Randy(Asian dude late 40s cunt) the salesman is a scumbag, bought a jeep Cherokee and paid extra for 20 inch rims and tires and never got it, took 5 months of dealing with multiple people to finally get it. Only guy that helped was james from the parts department, day late and a dollar short for my business.
went in for oil change was told it would take about thirty min.drink a cup of coffee,talk to a few saleperson and before you no it my car was ready great service. LOVE GET IN & Out !!!!
Worst dealership I've ever done business with. Phone calls are never answered as well as voice-mails. I've had zero effort from any of the employees to resolve my problem and every time I've walked in to get answers I'm given "the person who handles that isn't in today". Do not waste your time or money at this dealership!
To everyone who is my friend and wants to buy a car: NEVER go to Momentum Dealerships for a car as they are well known for over pricing their cars. Most dealerships around that area will tell you the same thing Fairfield Mercedes Benz, Honda and Acura are some but not limited to also the surrounding counties.
