An extension that was put onto our house started to flood with water. I googled waterproofing companies and MSI came up with the best reviews. I called them right away and spoke with the owner Joe. We had a French Drain system installed in our basement just two years ago and it has failed to control the water. The company who installed it has since gone out of business. I came online to look for a company and read through their reviews and found M. S. I. I had a major leak in my basement and called M. S. I. today, which is a Sunday, and got live person on the phone. They came out to my property, took the water out of the basement, ran fans and blowers to dry everything out and disinfected the entire room. They also found the source of the water and plugged it up and now everything is back to normal. Thanks so much for your response and hard work, even on a Sunday. I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Every time we had a driving rain up against the house, we would get water above a window and our front door. I called roofers, window repairmen and brick pointers and no one could find the problem. That's when I decided to call M. S. I. They came out the next day and did a water test on the front of the house and showed us that the water was penetrating the bricks. Like many other people have already written in, we had mold in our basement. It was pretty bad and we knew we had to get it taken care of, but were concerned about the cost and the work that would be entailed. My basement walls looked like a dungeon and there was water on the floor every time it rained. I had these guys come out and do the work and was shocked when I found out that they don't sub the jobs and that the salesperson was the owner. My basement walls are now smooth and bright white and the basement is dry and looks like a finished room. I was at work and came home to find my basement flooded due to a pipe bursting. Everything was ruined from the sheet rock to the furniture. I used M. S. I., this past week on my damp basement and the problem I was having with my brick front. My basement is now totally dry and the walls look absolutely fabulous. The bricks in the front were cleaned and waterproofed and the water which was coming in above our windows is now gone. They are very kind and respectful, they come on time everyday and got the job done right the first time. If you need waterproofing or restoration work, this is the company to use.

Just purchased a new home that we found had a lot of mold growth in the basement and the second floor bathroom. MSI did a thorough inspection which included air samples. After their cleaning process, they did the same air test and proved there wasn't any presence of mold in the home. There paperwork and pictures also got us money back from the previous sellers who neglected to mention the mold problem. Thanks again to Joe and the guys for their great work!!!
