We recently had concerns within our company that mold could be present in two of our buildings. I researched some mold remediation companies and left my phone number. I got water into a window of my home office and then mold began to grow on the drywall. Called M. S. I. and they came out, assessed the problem and cleaned the mold within a few days. They dealt with my insurance company even after the job was finished for me to get reimbursed, which I did. Top notch company to deal with, and I would recommend them highly.
We got a mold problem in our attic. I had no idea who to call, but I found MSI on the net, and gave a call, which turned out be really great. Joe came to see our attic and told us why we got mold. There was no water leak. But he explained our attic had ventilation problems, causing moisture accumulation. When I decided to decorate for Christmas I went into the attic and discovered that several of my boxes had mold on them. I called MSI and spoke to Joe who came out and preformed an inspection. Had a flood in my house after Lee and hired a company to dry it out. They assured me that there wouldn't be any further issues, took their money and left. A few months later, my wife was convinced there was mold in the basement. We called MSI and they came out the following day and preformed a mold inspection and showed us thermal imaging of wet spots behind walls we couldn't see. Joe came out to investigate a mold issue that became known in a house my husband and I were considering purchasing. He was very thorough, knowledgable and courteous to the situation at hand. Hurricane Irene left me with a flooded basement. I called M.S.I. on a Sunday and spoke to a live person instead of a machine. I explained my situation and was told someone would be out to my property within an hour. 40 minutes later they pulled up to my driveway and began pumping the water out of my basement.
