Always very helpful and accommodating
Called at 8.30 on 46 mins on the hold before being told oh no calls left ! Ridiculous it is even trying to explain to the receptionist!!!! that I was very important that I need to talk to the GP even after my nurse at the hospital has told me to call them back again regarding my issue call back at half 8 is all you get ! 2 days in a row this has happend ! Yous are an absolute joke ! Not happy one bit !!!!!!!!!
I didn't have an appointment to have stitches remove but the receptionist went out of her way to see the nurse, who was actually finished for the day at Moira but still removed my stitches, great service all round, thank you

Recently there is a voice message from well before 10am saying there is no appointments left by a doctor who works one day a week in the practice who is also working for a private practice! He then goes on to say contact out hours or a and e which at the moment are looking like a third world country hospitals! On one of his voice messages it said about contacting someone about funding etc. tho doesn’t give figures off how much each gp is paid how much the practice gets a year and how many patients a day each gp is seeing.the... read more
