Slow to deal with issues and would regularly hide behind the excuse of "We're waiting for the landlord's approval." This approach culminated in us being without water for four days in January, and having to stay in a hotel, which they eventually covered cost of. (The stains left from this issue were still present when we left seven months later, despite us reporting this a number of times.)

I’ve had a great experience so far with the team at Moginie James. As a reluctant landlord, Safiyah Evans Aziz and Jessica Rigby did an excellent job of explaining the options for letting my property, supporting me through the process, and finding suitable tenants for my apartment.
