I called Moen because we bought a used van and my daughter could not be in it! She has multiple allergies that effect her breathing. Apparently a previous owner had pets and suddenly we had a vehicle my child could not be in. Moen listened to my situation and sent out two excellent technicians. My husband removed every panel from the van so maximum amount of carpet was exposed and the technicians worked for hours cleaning it thoroughly. They are awesome.. We have a Bissell machine to clear the dog/kid accidents but a faint stain was present after in traffic areas.. They got rid of them all.. 3 areas under $200 .. Fab svc!!
