I just received the best carpet cleaning service I've had seen moving into my home. Not only was I impressed by the cleaning process but the technicians provided amazing customer service! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.
The price is well worth the results! Each part of the process was explained and how it worked to eradicate the pet urine from the carpet. It was pricey but not as pricey as a new carpet or hardwood floors. The process does not mask the odor but actually eliminates it. Other companies talk about enzymes getting odor out but it really doesn't work once the urine crystallizes and humidity hits it again. Chem Dry does the trick and my carpet smells new again.
Moen Chem Dry is my only call. They have great service and clean better than anyone. No need to call anyone else.
First time using a carpet cleaning company and I am completely satisfied!! The carpet was still a little wet when the nice man left.. so I put on a pair of brand new white socks and jumped and skipped and smushed in the carpet,,NO DIRT.. NOTHING.. still white socks!! and my carpets were dirty!! Good job!!!!
