I have used Moen ChemDry many times and have always been satisfied. This visit was no exception. LG Gober was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
thanks to moen chem-dry and LG my 20 year old white carpet looks absolutely great. (despite two dogs and stains and really dirty traffic areas) I will use no other rug cleaning service! Other rug cleaners haven haven't come near doing as good of a job.

This was our first time using Moen Chem-Dry, although we've used Chem-Dry in the past. 20+ year old carpet in part of the house, newer carpet in other areas, 2 dogs, 1 cat and one kid (from elementary school through to young adulthood)...WHEW, our carpets were a mess! Moen Chem-Dry did an outstanding job from initial booking through cleaning. Professional, easy, accomodating and very pleasant to work with. Very rare for a service company these days.
