We have always used Moen Chem-Dry for our carpets and have been very happy. This week we had our sofa cleaned, and I am thrilled! The couch looks brand new. I would highly recommend them. The staff is exceptionally professional and polite.

I wss a little confused with their scheduling window but when he showed up he was quite efficient. He went through each room that I needed done and told me upfront what the outcome may or may not be. He didn't make false promises and I respected that. He did a great job and removed most stains. I would highly recommend them and definitely would use them again.
