Owful service. Do not even think to work with them.The guy called Mohamed worked on my order. They did not follow the delivery schedule. There were some mistakes in measurements and some pieces did not fit. While trying to put it in place they scratched some parts of the unit, cut it smaller, leaving the gaps way too big. When I asked them, what can be done with the gaps, they said , it is better to invite builders who work on the renovation project in my flat and ask them to help with it. Absolutely unprofessional. I had a great experience here with bespoke furniture. I worked with the owner (I apologise, I don't recall his name) to design a table that would fit into my small flat--I needed something slightly narrower than standard. It ended up gorgeous, and very high end looking. It was all done to high specifications in Italy with beautiful walnut. I'd work with again if I needed something bespoke.

My wife and I found Modess on google and we visited the Hampstead showroom. We were after a bespoke wall unit as our living room wall had an awkward protruding wall. The guys at the store were great, they helped choose the right wood and finishes for the wall unit, Gosia the show room manager was absolutely fantastic, she was so friendly and helpful. Our unit was made exactly as we wanted. Even though there was a small delay of few days, overall it was satisfying. Thank you to all at Modess Hampstead.
