Great food in Downtown Traverse City. ! Been going there at least once a year for 28 years . Always a great dinner !
Excellent prime rib, salad bar with homemade dressings on the weekends, and above all, a fantastic staff!

It had been a long time since we've been to modes it was great a long time ago. I had the T-bone this time and it was a tough piece of meat and my fiance had a porterhouse and that was great so the waitress asked if I wanted something else. I told her no but she did take the steaks off the bill and we were satisfied with that but then I had sandals on the damn waitress stepped on my toes I didn't tell her and I don't even think she knew but it was a bummer cause it hurt. But the Drink was good but prob won't go back.
Amazing steaks and excellent prime rib! A must stop when in town.
Food was excellent. Waitress was very helpfull and it was a nice atmosphere.
I would not recommend the prime rib. It was tasteless, unfortunately. I thought this place was a little pricey for a townie place and a very outdated decor. We will not be back.
Best prime rib and blue cheese I've had anywhere. Low-key townie place that my family has loved for decades.
