Extremely unprofessional company which I would avoid at all costs! I purchased 5 outdoor cushions totalling £150. Prior to placing the order, I called the company where I confirmed that the cushions were in stock and was told they had 8 in their warehouse. I placed the order and several weeks later had no dispatch confirmation and the order was showing as unfulfilled on their website. Great experience
Very poor experience, website said the product was instock and then received an email 2 days later saying the order was cancelled and my money refunded. However the refund still hasn't been received!
Highly recommend. Fantastic customer service from Mark. Ordered yesterday and delivered today on a Saturday. Great quality corner rattan sofa set, easy to put together. 5 stars
