After driving cross-country, from Folsom, CA to Boone, NC, our F-150 came due for a 5,000 service. We called Modern Ford, set an appointment for the following day and when I arrived, I found everyone to be so polite from the service department to the receptionist in the showroom to a sales manager, all of whom I chatted with. I grabbed a coffee and fresh local cinnamon roll from the waiting room and sat on the outside swing enjoying the morning while the service was completed in a timely manner. My wife was looking to trade for a similar Ford Escape, newer and with fewer miles. A search on the Ford Website told us Modern Ford had a 2016 Cerified preowned almost identical to her 2014 with 1/2 the miles. From the initial phone call to the test drive to the deal itself, everyone on the Modern Ford staff treated her with complete respect. I had a great buying experience with my salesman, Chris Harmon. He and the manager, Jordan Rowan, were fair, honest, and not the least bit pushy. Lots of dealers claim to be in the car business but Modern Ford is, from my perspective, in the people business. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
