RecommendedYesterday I bought my most recent vehicle at Modern. Triston was so very pleasant to work with, he was very accommodating to my needs and desires, he listened to me and worked his best to get me the BEST Deal. And let me add, he NEVER added that "pressure" that we have all experienced when buying a new or newer vehicle. Thay made the whole buying experience worth it. I encourage you, if you are in the market for a nice preowned or new vehicle, PLEASE go and ask for Triston, I promise, you will not regret it.

Extremely disappointed in the service department. My daughter is an App State Student 3 hours away from home. We had used Modern for some recall work and thought they were great so when her battery died we obviously went there. She spoke with their service dept and they gave her a price. When she went to check out they had charged her $53 extra for changing out her battery that she had just purchased from them! The general manager was rude and very childish in how he responded to a situation that could have been resolved much easier. Very disappointed, I hope that in the future things are handled much differently!!
