They did fast work given the premium maintenance plan I had but they didn't even check fluids or they would've added fluid to mine.
I always hate going car shopping but had a very nice experience with Modern Ford, they had the exact 2017 Ford Fusion we we looking for and made a great impression. Special thanks to our Sales Consultant Bryan Martin he was very nice and respectful to my wife and I and gave us all the info we needed. Thanks again we love are new Fusion.

Service department is the worst - tried to charge me $75 to diagnose a warning light on a car under full warranty and then had the vehicle 2 days and warning light came back on the same day again - cannot get anyone to call me back - not even the service manager - guess corporate Ford is my next call - how sad-try to patronize local business

Took in our 2002 Explorer that we keep at our vacation place as a second car to drive to fishing and hiking areas to get a couple of issues resolved and make sure is roadworthy. I was able to drop it off on the way back home so they could work on it and pick it up when we came back to Boone two weeks later. The service representatives were great to work with and very accommodating. Great service!
Fantastic experience. It was such a pleasure to shop for a vehicle with a dealership that actually cares about their customers. So glad we decided to stop in and check out their inventory. Even happier that we were able to purchase a vehicle from them. Scott,our sales person, was wonderful!!!
