I had an issue with our old truck not starting. Dustin kept me in the loop on the initial diagnosis and the repair. They also did something i wasn't expecting and gave my 21 year old truck something it had seen in the 4 years I've had it......a nice pressure washing. Dustin and the team went above and beyond and i would highly recommend!

Overall the experience was good. Everyone was nice except for one manager, Mark. I would recommend David Chicoine for any buying needs, he was fantastic and went above and beyond to help straighten things out. It was also great that he helped with any concerns and questions I had. He even stayed late to make sure I understood everything about the car. The finance department was also great and very helpful. Thank you so much David for making the buying experience great!

I’m so disappointed. I was so excited all week long about coming up to check out a used car. Found out before we left that my husband had just received a promotion and we would actually be looking for a new vehicle. We had a reliable trade in (that we drove there) and just couldn’t make a deal. The sales manger all but called us stupid for wanting more for our trade-in or for them to come down on their price. The service department and the dealership as a whole were extremely rude and every single person I talked to had a different answer to my issue but no solution. I have a recall on my 2005 Ford Mustang that I received an URGENT notice from Ford in the mail asking me to please take it to the closest Ford Dealership immediately and a FREE loaner (rental) car would be provided because the airbags in my car might malfunction and throw shrapnel (fragments of metal thrown out of an ...Continue Reading

I would be careful here. We purchased a new Explorer from Modern a couple years back. Love the car. Recently, however, it has had transmission problems (still under warranty). The dealer in Boone cannot fix transmissions, and I had to pay $120 to get it towed 40 minutes away. I will be without the car for at least 2 weeks (already 1 week down) and Modern (the dealer I purchased it from) does not help with a loaner. great guys and very experienced service ,was very glad to let them handle my focus rs and take care of my baby, as well as very influential people and excited staff that will take care of, let's face it! a HUGE decision in your life, we (on average) spend 4 years of our life in our cars, let that sink in and then tell me having an experienced and willing salesman like david chicoine guiding you isn't a huge advantage, I have been lucky to shoot a video with the help of these guys on one of their most striking vehicles the sh... read more
