Messed up our order and fitted the wrong shutters. The office staff admitted liability and arranged for the correct shutters to be fitted. The fitters turned up and said replacing what had already been fitted would cause damage to our newly decorated rooms so we were stuck with shutters we didn't want. Then, to top it off, they expected full payment and only knocked off £100 after multiple emails. Very disappointed. And don't believe their response... Ghutters and back door blinds recently fitted. Great experience, advice and service throughout from visit to shop, measuring and fitting. Fitters very friendly, efficient and tidy.
Very prompt and professional service. Called out for a quote but they quickly fixed the original issue with my blinds (that two other companies had refused to do) so now I don't need to get new blinds. Cannot recommend this company enough, if I could give more than five stars I would. Thank you!
