We replaced our complete (21 YEAR-OLD) HVAC system. Our son works in the construction industry and he knows a lot about different companies in that business. He recommended Modern Air Solutions for our new system. I am starting to think my wife and I raised that boy right. We went with his recommendation and could not be happier-with the people, the product, and the service we received. If you are too hot or too cold, you should call Modern Air Solutions!
We have an older furnace system (15 years) and Mike was very thorough in his explanation of what to watch out for with an older furnace (Modern Air did not install). He laid out the different options that we will have when the time comes to either repair or replace. So far, things are still working, but the system is not working at peak efficiency. There was no pressure to replace anything at this time, but we can prepare for things down the road.

Michael did a great job servicing our furnace and made us aware of an issue with our thermostat. He provided a quote for a smart thermostat and recommended we test out the current thermostat before it gets too cold for the winter. Everyone at Modern Air Solutions are always professional and courteous. They are a great local business.

Nick completed a fall service on our heating system. He was very professional from the time he arrived until he departed. Nick explained every thing he had checked. He answered all by questions and explained their service program. Great job.
