I was provided with a discount for an annual furnace checkup. Joshua arrived early and went to work. He said all was good with my furnace and asked if I wanted him to look at my Aprilaire humidifier. He did and replaced the pad inside the unit. I was so pleased with his knowledge and professionalism, I booked Modern Air to service both my air conditioning and furnace annually. Could not be happier and Joshua is an excellent technician.
Everything from scheduling to the visit and completion of the work was done completely professionally and courteously.

Called with an issue and received same day service and resolution. The technician (Michael) went above and beyond in explaining the issue and offered preventative ideas to minimize risk of same issue in future. The service was provided in a timely manner and with a great deal of courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommend.
