The tech from Modern Air, Michael, was responsive for emergency call and very professional. He helped diagnose the problem and give me feedback on my overall systems. He provided me with options for the repair that made me feel comfortable with a solution. Parts needed to be ordered so the job was not fully completed, but I felt completely comfortable with Michael and his process used for the service call.

Have used Modern Air Solutions for 2 years now and what we thought was a possible motor issue turned out to just be battery replacement in the thermostat. While Michael did a good job with what this turned out to be, I would suggest that when we called to report an issue, Denise probably should have asked us to change the batteries on the thermostat first. We could have avoided a service call of $80 and not sure why we are being charged 24.95 for replacing with our own batteries. Kind of disappointed that we got charged for ... read more

Had furnace maintenance done today by Michael from Modern Air Solutions. Great service, very knowledgeable and good explanations with thorough answers to my questions. I am very happy with Modern Air Solutions and will continue to use this service inthe future.

Tech (Nick) was on time, concerned about our floors and took his shoes off and did a thorough inspection of our furnace giving it a clean bill of health. Great people to deal with!

Karl did the original installation of my new furnace, in2018. Today he installed the new humidifier, and it was done with the same professionalism, and skill, as was shown, with the furnace. Fast, efficient, and personable, is the best way to describe him. Completely happy with Modern Air Solutions, their technicians, and office personnel.

Excellent service as always from Modern Air Solutions. The service Technician, Nick was very thorough and at the end went thru his check list to explain what was done, his findings and recommendations. He resolved the problem we had with our humidifier and answered questions we had.
