I reached out to Tom Fletcher on Sunday, July 1 regarding my a/c replacement. The units compressor was failing and I asked Tom for a quick appointment for a replacement unit. Tom immediately responded and offered me an appointment on Tuesday, July 3. Modern Air came in on the low end compared to four other estimates. Jesus was our Lead Service Technician and very informative during the process. Jesus ensured I was happy with the placement of the unit before he attached it to the ground.
