Company seems to have shut down. Put an order in with them last week that was needed for a job this week. 7 days later it still hasn't been shipped so went over to their building to collect as needed urgently and it looks like they've shut down. Tried to call them and the number doesn't work. Will contact my bank to pull the money back for the order.
(Via B&Q) didn't deliver within delivery window, tried to call to chase order and numbers don't work, don't respond to emails or messages. B&Q wasn't interested. Reading the reviews seems like a common problem
I ordered the Reclaimed Wooden Shelf with Bracket Bent Up 9" 220mm - Colour Light Oak - Length 240cm for £83.50, first shelve came warped/twisted so unusable, when I complained they offered a £20 partial refund which I obviously didn't accept and requested a replacement. They sent a replacement which was a totally different colour and had marks all along it, it had clearly been used on a wall before and was damaged. When I complained they offered a £15 refund. As with everyone else who has had the misfortune of interacting with this company. They are awful and shouldnt be in business. Key parts were missing from my order which was clearly a previous return. It was delivered scruffy and dirty with missing hardware. Now this company is avoiding taking back their defective product and returning my refund. Take everyones advice, avoid this company like the plague. Ill also be asking BQ to not associate with them.
