Great living Modera Belmont is a great place to live from the staff to the location. The apartment is perfect for what my partner and I were looking for.

Great place to live and great staff Moved in a couple of months ago and there are many great things to love! The apartment is centrally located and even though it is between 2 busy streets, the noise level is great. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. So no noise complaints. Quality construction, the layout of the unit makes it feel like it is bigger than it is. Awesome place to live in and amazing team! All good! I haven't been in the apartment/building/area frequently since I moved here last month. However, I can easily imagine how great it will be to live there. It's convenient, close to my work, close to downtown and this area is at walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and bars. Fantastic community and staff! I recently moved to Portland from North Carolina and chose the Modera Belmont sight unseen - I had checked out many similar buildings prior to moving, but hadn't met any of the Modera staff in person. I couldn't have made a better choice! My leasing agent, Grant, was incredibly helpful and responsive - he picked up the phone a few minutes after I submitted my application to chat, because he knew that I hadn't been by for a tour. Highly Recommend I moved in two months ago and there is not one regret! There is everything you could imagine and more, gym, free coffee, VR room, game room, rooftop deck, and walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment itself has beautiful finishes with a full size washer/dryer. The leasing office has done great social get togethers with all the residents (bbq on the rooftop, wine and cheese night, etc.), it's been fun meeting everyone else who lives in the building. Couldn't ask for more Ive really enjoyed living here so far. All of the imaginable amenities...even some I wouldn't have imagined. The staff have been absolutely great. I had a bit of a nightmare move in day (for reasons that had nothing to do with Modera) and they went way above and beyond to try and make my day better. Everyone has been super helpful and responsive to any questions/needs that arise.

Modera Belmont I Moved to Portland in March and Looked at Modera Belmont as well as a few other buildings. Modera Blew all the other options away. The leasing team I dealt with (Grant, Nicole, Daunte) made moving very easy. I did everything over the phone with them. Since moving in I have fallen in love with this building even more. The amenities are great (Game room, Theater room, VR room)....and free coffee in the lobby every morning!
