Highly Recommend I moved in two months ago and there is not one regret! There is everything you could imagine and more, gym, free coffee, VR room, game room, rooftop deck, and walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment itself has beautiful finishes with a full size washer/dryer. The leasing office has done great social get togethers with all the residents (bbq on the rooftop, wine and cheese night, etc.), it's been fun meeting everyone else who lives in the building. Couldn't ask for more Ive really enjoyed living here so far. All of the imaginable amenities...even some I wouldn't have imagined. The staff have been absolutely great. I had a bit of a nightmare move in day (for reasons that had nothing to do with Modera) and they went way above and beyond to try and make my day better. Everyone has been super helpful and responsive to any questions/needs that arise.

After viewing what felt like every new building on the east side, and a handful of renovated units downtown—I was so lucky to have booked a showing here on a whim. Great community amenities, thoughtfully designed units with great full-sized appliances. The staff is remarkably helpful. The building is in a great location. Definitely worth adding to your apartment list!
Modera Belmont I Moved to Portland in March and Looked at Modera Belmont as well as a few other buildings. Modera Blew all the other options away. The leasing team I dealt with (Grant, Nicole, Daunte) made moving very easy. I did everything over the phone with them. Since moving in I have fallen in love with this building even more. The amenities are great (Game room, Theater room, VR room)....and free coffee in the lobby every morning!

My husband and I moved in February and love it here! The community spaces are by far the best we’ve seen in the search for an apartment. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and full of light. Everyone in the office is incredibly kind and helpful! Our pup loves new window sun spot overlooking the courtyard. The location is absolutely perfect; close to the market, hardware store and downtown is moments away. Awesome spot �
