Verified Renter This apartment building has been the nicest place we’ve lived in Portland. It’s me, my wife, our daughter, and Oreo, our dog. The friendly management staff and the community events have really made a difference for us. It’s close to all the amenities we need, and the neighborhood has been relatively safe with no issues so far. We’ve really enjoyed making this place our home.

Verified Renter Modern furnishings, lots of amenities, great response time on maintenance! Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Bike got stolen from bike locker room though, so if you use it, get cut-proof locks.

The apartment I was living in for the last 9 years, was run down, dark and depressing. Verified Renter I had a great year living at Modera Belmont, and it was a fantastic apartment. The community events were very nice, and were great additions to the great conditions of the apartments. The community spaces were always very clean , the nearby public transit was a plus, and something I hadn't thought about until I had moved was the water pressure in the shower, which was fantastic.
