Verified Renter This is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. The building is always clean, the neighborhood is excellent, and it’s very pet-friendly. There are plenty of opportunities for dogs to make friends too. Above all, the management team is absolutely perfect. They are kind, attentive, and quick to respond, leaving no room for complaints. Verified Renter The apartments are in a great location, with awesome amenities, and a fantastic office staff! Parking is expensive, $230 a month, but the garage is locked and under the building so it’s very convenient

Verified Renter This apartment building has been the nicest place we’ve lived in Portland. It’s me, my wife, our daughter, and Oreo, our dog. The friendly management staff and the community events have really made a difference for us. It’s close to all the amenities we need, and the neighborhood has been relatively safe with no issues so far. We’ve really enjoyed making this place our home.

Verified Renter Modern furnishings, lots of amenities, great response time on maintenance! Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Bike got stolen from bike locker room though, so if you use it, get cut-proof locks.
