Verified Renter I’ve dreamed of living in a building/community like Modera Belmont for over a decade. I just moved from San Francisco, was there for 30 years. The apartment I was living in for the last 9 years, was run down, dark and depressing. It’s been only 6 days since I’ve moved into my new Modera Belmont apartment and it’s been life changing all for the better! The staff and community have been so welcoming. Verified Renter I had a great year living at Modera Belmont, and it was a fantastic apartment. The community events were very nice, and were great additions to the great conditions of the apartments. The community spaces were always very clean , the nearby public transit was a plus, and something I hadn't thought about until I had moved was the water pressure in the shower, which was fantastic.
