Service has gone down hill, skipping steps on a pedicure and rushing the past 2 visits. Not a very relaxing experience.Been coming since before they expanded. Won’t be back
FYI............... people have google translator, I would be embarrassed if I owned this placed and overheard my employees talk about customers they way they do. 4 customers gone.

I called and asked the price for a fill in with regular polish. I was told $23. I made an appointment for both of my girls. They charged one child $26 and the other $31. I called back to ask why and they said it costs extra to file them down. It’s not like they asked for a huge cut down...just a little filing since they had grown out over 2 weeks time. It seems like they’ve started charging extra to even breathe in this place. I’ve been going to this place since they opened, but we won’t be back.
Their staff is rude and all 3 times I’ve been there, they’ve cut my finger. The last time I went they cut my fingers THREE TIMES! I was bleeding when I left. I called ahead of time and asked if they could do a specific design and they said yes but when I got there the attempt was horrible and I had to get something else done. I also asked for gray and the lady brings back blue and starts putting blue on my nails but when I stopped her she acted like it was my fault saying that was the color I picked when I clearly showed her... read more
