The lady owner there has a terrible attitude and over charge on the nails. The worst nail spa I have been too in a long time
The employees are super rude. They don’t care about your comfort, only forcing you into spending more money on a more expensive pedicure. I have used Model Nails for a long time and today was the final straw. I will never step foot in their salon again!!
I live about 15 minutes away and drive past quite a few nail salons just to visit Tony, and have been for years. He does amazing work and I have never left disappointed. I'm a stickler for great customer service and their staff has it. Prompt, friendly and consistent.
I love this place they do a great job and are friendly and listened to everything I asked for.
I loved the customer service in this store. Sophia is the bomb!
