Pedicure was rushed no hot towel feet still feel the same as before although the guy was very friendly, my full set was also rushed the lady did not speak or say one word other than ask about nail length no hello, thank you, or goodbye, she burned and cut me multiple times with no apology, and did not shape my nails correctly..I will never come back!
WORST customer service I've EVER experienced. Rushed service, rude staff, and piss poor quality in work. I was told by the girl at the front desk who stays on a mobile device, (after I reminded my tech, AGAIN), that the shop was tired and everyone was ready to go home so they couldn't do my overlay, but to come back the following day...(as if as though I don't have a schedule/ job of my own). An off duty tech had to come and provide service that I initially asked for anyway.
