Please refrain from purchasing products from this company. They have a history of declaring bankruptcy and subsequently changing ownership to avoid honoring product warranties. The quality of Moda's products are the worst in the market!!! No wonder they want to play this scam!!!
Bought garden furniture about 3 years ago already falling apart. The company went into administration July 2023 and have zero interest in any warranty claims before this date. The quality is very poor corner unit has discoloured on the arms and Sunbed has fallen apart. Avoid at all costs.
If I could put zero stars I would!!! The worst company I have ever dealt with - period!!! Take your many and don’t deliver the goods when they say they will, hang the phone up on you, awful awful experience all rounds. Avoid them like the plague at all costs or you will be departing with your money and forever waiting for your goods with no service at all.
Ordered £4000 worth of garden furniture 7 weeks ago took a month to deliver after being told it will take a week. Was badly damaged on arrival on 2 pieces were acceptable phone for exchange for damaged pieces which took another 2 weeks to arrive and on this occasion all but one was damaged again!! Reorder for another exchange and today they arrived damaged again!! This company has 0 quality control which is shock due to the cost of the items!!
If I could I would give this company 0 stars! Their customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced. They have taken our order in the Chelmsford store, taken our money (over £3000) as full payment for garden furniture set (table, firepit, chairs, cover and gridle). 6 weeks have gone by and we have no furniture when we were told 3-5 week delivery. They keep trying to deliver PART of the order saying that the chairs are not available and they do not know when they will be in stock (!) They want to deliver a garden table ... read more
