My 2003 Escape was having a problem with a leak in the valve cover gasket. With 188,000 miles on it I was considering buying something newer with less miles. Made an appointment for F-250, fix E. brake. Get quote on oil leak. Get quote on exhaust leak, fix passenger window. No service done. too busy to look at truck ,wasted time and fuel 30 mile round trip. Poor service.

After buying 4 cars from mocks we decided to buy are 5th, what a joke. Couldn't believe how poorly we were treated. After many positive buying experiences we decided that this last experience was enough to keep us from going back. Mocks lost a very loyal set of customers.

My mother and I walked around Mock's during the afternoon for 15 minutes and already knew what car we were interested in after doing research. Cash on hand to purchase, not one person approached us. We specifically drove up from Eagle Point to Mock's, ended up driving back to Medford and buying vehicle locally for a lesser price.
