We had a great experience with Scott Gigstad and his team at Mock's in Grants Pass. It was clear right from the start he was working for us. He kept our criteria in mind and didn't try to sway us for an up-sell. Nothing like that. He was friendly and professional and we drove away in a fantastic car at a really fair price. Thanks Scott !!

Of the 3 times I have had to leave a voice mail trying to get service on my vehicle not once have they called back. Had to keep calling until I was able to get a live person to talk to. Don't waste your time leaving a voice mail. The first time I had to wait 1 week for an appointment then was fixed. Only the fix didn't last, engine light came back on 2 weeks later. Now they can't give me an appointment right away because of Ford recalls. Telling me at least a week away to get it fixed.
I've been using Mock Ford for over 11 years now for my truck. Only had one negative experience which was fixed. They're very helpful, friendly, and usually pretty fast. Keep up the good work.

I was so very pleased with the Fast Line, noticed a slight fluid leak when in for routine oil & filter change when with their excellent checking of the vehicle determined the leak. Parts were order & appointment made for replacement which was completed with the utmost of care & concerns for my Expedition. The oil change service center staff is awesome. They always do a fantastic job. I get "the works" and ask if they can put bolts or screws on my under carriage shield and back trunk light and they go the extra mile for me. Everyone is Very friendly and they gave me a snack while I waited. Thank you every time
