I'm pretty religious about my 3,000 mile services. I own a 2005 Ford Freestyle that I LOVE! Because it's older is exactly why I have it serviced every 3,000 miles. My service people always make sure to go over the 'report card' that's given after each service. From fluid levels, to battery health; tires and brakes life to under-vehicle components; I get a comprehensive overlook of my vehicle and knowing that I've been treated well and that I can drive away safely.
