Will break your vehicles and won't offer to fix them when they are at fault. Would rather cut a check for half of what it would take to fix and leave you high and dry, and clearly arn't worried about their self image amongst grants pass or southern Oregon or outer areas involved. would not recommend doing business with them.

I can't begin to say how satisfied I am with the crew at Mocks! From Lance and Don in Sales to Justin, Tom and Jessica in Service. Even Eric in the Body Shop. along with the wonderful ladies at the front desk in the showroom. Always a smile! followed by a "Hi Phil". All great honest people, which is rare these days. I'm always treated like "family" when I return for service or to just look around to see whats new. No matter what, I'm always greeted by name and treated as a valued customer. Thanks again!
