Awesome service dept! Had a host of things needed done on a 20 year old F250. They had me in and out fast, excellent work, and all well under what I expected to pay. Thanks to Doug and the great crew you got!
I called the service department 3 times and reached an answering machine each time. I left messages twice and the recording said they would get "RIght Back" to me. I haven't received a call back yet and it's been two weeks. I took my car to Butler Ford and had the repair done. That's where I'll be buying my next Ford.
Had a wonderful experience took my car in for one recall and they found two others a still had my car done before the original one recall time! Tom was wonderful!
by stop lying about what is needed for service and not give a quote and then set an appointment and then give you way higher quote before even starting. I will never trust your service department ever . I gave you 4 chances and you blew it all 4 times
