Unprofessional workplace all round support shocking for service users managers are manipulative and unprofessional should not be employed in Sicual Care
This place is a joke of a company. They exploit their employees who are on sponsorship, force them to work ridiculous hours and blackmails them with their employment. It’s modern day slavery!! They are racist, severely under staffed and forces employees to lie about the care given to service users. I’ve saw employees with time sheets of over 70HRs a week and a little of less than 24 hours break. They refuse to amend their rotas and again blackmails them. They are killing their employees mental health and physical health.
Terrible agency, some of the staff are lovely, however the majority of staff are extremely lazy playing with their mobile phones showing no interest in the service users requirements, when we addressed the issues with the management about staff drinking alcohol on the job nothing was done amongst other issues, we were promised a review in May and nò review was done and the on the spot home checks which were to happen every 2-3 months have yet to be done, been with this agency a yr now and not one home check has happened, tri... read more
