Visited today just after 2pm and store was closed. After a few minutes a member of staff turned up, no explanation or apology for being closed (even a “back in 5 mins” sign would have been useful). Said we were looking for a portable scooter and staff member disinterestedly pointed to 3 saying “that’s all he has at the moment”, didn’t take any interest in what we were looking for or was keen to help. Very poor customer service, needless to say we went elsewhere.
Very helpful staff member. Large range of mobility aids on sale in a large shop in the shopping centre in Greenock.
The staff are totally professional and very friendly they can't do enough to help.
